Some exercises you can do....

Warm-up (3-5 minutes)

  • Salting in place: 1 min
  • Arm circles: 30 sec forward, 30 sec backward
  • Hips and knees rotations: 30 sec each
  • Skip in place or light jog: 1-2 min

Main circuit (10-12 min)

Perform 2-3 rounds, 30-40 sec per exercise, 15 sec break between each

  • Free-body squats
  • Push-ups (or on knees)
  • Alternating lunges
  • Plank
  • Jumping jacks

Stretching and Stretching (3-5 minutes)

  • Stretch legs: quadriceps and calves
  • Stretch back and shoulders
  • Stretch arms and neck
  • Deep breathing: 1-2 minutes
